BC 3D Studio uses professional landscape design and visualization software combined with refinement workflows to produce photorealistic results. The exact tools matter less than the output — every rendering is built to function both as a sales tool and as a construction reference.

Every project includes the agreed-upon render views, a presentation-ready PDF, construction-ready documentation where applicable, and two rounds of revisions. Additional revision rounds are available at $250 per round. Major scope changes are quoted as a re-scope.

Projects are billed at 50% deposit to begin and 50% before final delivery. Repeat partners may qualify for net-terms or monthly billing once a working relationship is established. Payment is processed through standard business invoicing.

Every project includes two revision rounds. The first draft is presented as a preliminary rendering for your feedback. We refine based on your notes through the revision rounds. If major scope changes are needed (new layout, different feature direction, complete redesign), we'll re-scope and re-quote that work.

Yes. BC 3D Studio routinely works on projects that require confidentiality and can sign mutual NDAs before project intake when requested by the contractor or builder.
